The Baltic Sea Forum (BSF) is responsible for political domain. It has extensive knowledge of BSR transport policy, is very present in respective forums (e.g. The Baltic Sea States Subregional Co-operation BSSSC, TEN-T corridor forums etc.) and can use them effectively. On top, close cooperation with EU Strategy for Baltic Sea Region Policy Area Coordinator in Transport (EUSBSR PAC Transport) is firmly agreed.

The following Associated Organisations are involved in political domain/ transport policy: German Ministry of Energy, Infrastructure and State Development Mecklenburg –Vorpommern, Ministry of Transport Latvia, Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communication Estonia.
