Public Transport Association Berlin-Brandenburg (VBB) will lead the activities within public transport domain. It is the coordinator of the EU-Spirit Initiative, which unites public transport actors across the entire BSR, and uses the network for continuous dialogue with practitioners. Further support is provided by Tallinn University, which brings in complementary, R&D oriented contacts.

As central coordination unit of EU-Spirit, VBB can provide staff that is very experienced with setting up and managing the exchange of traffic data across borders and among technically diverse systems – as it has to be done in the context of ferry real time info. So VBB is going in cooperation of others partners to contribute by creation of the BSR ferry real time data hub/platform.
