2017 Mar – Safety4Sea – STM Validation launches PortCDM Council
Initiated by the STM Validation Project, leading governmental and non-governmental maritime organizations will meet on March 29th to establish the international PortCDM Council. The project is based on the strategy issued by IMO for 2017, “Connecting Ships and Ports”.
