Other Services

Other services is the designation of the ensemble of services that are not related to the type of cargo transported but to the characteristics of the ships in order to fulfill their duties. Their functionalities can be of different natures such as providing navigational aids, port services, inspection services… Etc. According to these criteria, the STM compliant ships performing “other services” are classified as Articulated Pusher Tug, Inspection Ship, Special Purpose, Tug, Icebreaker, Search And Rescue and Supply Ship.
