Launching MCC – the Maritime Connectivity Platform Consortium
The MCC governs the standards relating to the Maritime Connectivity Platform, a key component in the infrastructure used by STM. The consortium agreement was signed February 8, 2019.
The consortium is established by the following non-profit organisations: OFFIS, Germany, KRISO, Republic of Korea, RISE, Sweden, University of Copenhagen, General Lighthouse Authorities of UK and Ireland. The Danish Maritime Authority (DMA), Swedish Maritime Administration (SMA) and the Ministry of Ocean and Fisheries of the Republic of Korea (MOF) are joining as Governmental Observers.
All other relevant organisations (non-profit and for-profit) are invited to join the consortium.
