STEAM project candidate for IAPH Sustainability Award
The STEAM project is officially a selected candidate for the IAPH 2022 Sustainability Awards in the category “Digitalization”. The project was nominated by the Port of Limassol.
STEAM – STM in the Eastern Mediterranean, is implementing solutions in Cyprus making it a hub for digitalisation of port calls and for safety in the region.
A central part of STEAM is sharing of port information. This achieved through the PERSEUS platform, which enables actors to share time stamps and common situational awareness among each other associated to port call operations. It enables supply chain visibility as well as port to port communication.
